Over 17 food trucks to choose from.

Good music should come with good food – and good food doesn't have to harm our ecosystem. Paradise City has been awarded the Greener Catering Award 2023 by A Greener Future, a non-profit organization that evaluates the sustainability data of music festivals worldwide. Our menu is entirely vegetarian, and our food trucks serve delicious meals with the lowest possible environmental impact. All ingredients are seasonal and local, served in compostable or washable tableware. Additionally, in anticipation of Paradise City, our food curator helps each food truck make its menu more sustainable. Here are the 17 food trucks on our food court this year.

Pureto

Gilles and Gaétan, two brothers inspired by the unforgettable flavours of their grandmother's mashed potatoes, set out to revive this cherished dish in today's era of culinary excellence. Introducing Pureto, the puree revolution, where you can savour a nostalgic Pureto Bowl with a modern twist. It all starts with our plant-based puree, free from eggs and milk. Next, we add a delicious vegetarian sausage from Monsieur Boudin. Finally, the bowl is topped with a rich, juicy sauce and delectable toppings. Welcome to puree heaven!

These 'fish' and chips are sustainably made, and the Crunchi wedges are crafted from residual ingredients, ensuring zero food waste. The best of fish and chips, only better!

Davai

This young business from Ghent specializes in vibrant street food, featuring their colourful Davai dumplings. But what are they precisely? Similar to ravioli or dim sum, these dough pockets are filled with vegetables like tomato, bell pepper, edamame beans, and fresh ginger puree. Each dish is finished with crunchy toppings and delicious dips, making every bite a delightful experience!

Poké Poké

Poké Poké Bowls launched in 2018 when the founders noticed a lack of tasty and healthy options at Belgian festivals. Originating from Hawaii, poké bowls are the perfect festival food: surprisingly delicious, quick to prepare, and a healthy bite you can't get enough of.

Okapi International, founded in 2012 by two friends of Belgian and Congolese origins, showcases their passion for African cuisine. At Paradise City, they will tantalize taste buds with their delicious versions of Jollof Butternut, Jollof Mafé, and vegetarian samosas.

Especially for Paradise City, they've crafted the Sweet Paradise Fries—delicious sweet potato fries served with lime mayo.

Ice Jewels

Ice Jewels indulges us with homemade ice pops made of fresh fruit without additives. Some ice pops even have a little alcohol, like the mojito, pink negroni, or strawberry caipirinha pops. They also only use natural ingredients like cane sugar and seasonal fruit for their homemade pancakes and pies. All these treats are served with lots of love and passion!

De Vegetarische Slager

Feast without the beast! The Vegetarian Butcher is the only butcher loved by both people and animals. They said it could never be done and that plant-based food will always taste like plants, but De Vegetarische Slager responded without making compromises, not on taste, not on the planet, not on animals. Raise your forks. A new age of meat has arrived.
