HOW DO I GET TO PARADISE CITY?

BY BIKE

It goes without saying that we recommend you to use your bike or public transport to get to the festival. The bicycle parking will be guarded and lit during the nightfall.

Go to http://fietsnet.be and follow the junctions to our festival, from your location. Our festival is located in Perk, right next to junction 56.

When you are near, just follow the signs on your chosen route to the festival.

BY TRAIN

You can also join us by train! Get off at Vilvoorde station. From there, a free shuttle bus will take you to the festival and campsite and back.

With the Paradise City Train ticket you travel return at half price by regular trains between any Belgian station and the station of Vilvoorde in the period of Friday 13th until Monday 16th of August 2021.

You’ll receive your unique SNCB code in the practical mail a couple of days before the festival takes place. Go to sncb.be/paradisecity and buy your Paradise City Train ticket by using your SNCB code.

Please note:

  • You can use the handy route planner on sncb.be or in the SNCB app to find timetables in a jiffy.
  • There will be additional ticket controls on the trains and access controls in Vilvoorde station. You will need to present your train ticket together with your (photo) ID at the controls.

Go to sncb.be/paradisecity for all info, conditions and tickets.

Shuttles

To travel from the station of Vilvoorde to the festival there are two different options:

1. On Friday and Monday you can take the ‘De Lijn’ bus number 280 with direction Mechelen. When you arrive at the stop ‘Perk Kerk’ you need to drop off the bus. Only a short walk to the festival is left. More details about the hours can be found on their webiste www.delijn.be

2. Free shuttle busses are organized by the festival from Friday until Monday. They will drive back and forth between the following hours;

  • Friday 13/8: 12 pm – 7 pm and from 10 pm -12 am
  • Saturday 14/8: 12 pm – 6pm and from 10 pm – 12 am
  • Sunday 15/8: 12 pm  – 4pm  and from 9pm11.30 pm
  • Monday 16/8: 9 am – 12.30 pm

Signalization will be visible to guide you to the shuttles and to the festival. Please note that the shuttles will only drive +/- twice an hour and the capacity is limited. So come on time and don’t take the risk of missing the transport to your beloved festival.

BY BUS

As an ecological festival, we try to get our ecological footprint as low as possible. To reach this goal we organize transfer busses from many cities in Belgium to get as much visitors as possible to the festival in one transport.

We have created 5 different lines from where you can get to the festival:

1: Brugge – Gent/Gand – Aalst – Perk

2: Antwerpen/Anvers – Kontich – Mechelen/Malines – Perk

3: Hasselt – Lummen – Aarschot – Perk

4: St Truiden – Tienen – Leuven/Louvain – Perk

5: Brussel/Bruxelles: Dockx shopping center – Parc Royal – Station Delta – Perk

As you may have noticed our partner in charge of the busses has an issue with their website at the moment. While they are working hard to solve this problem anyone in need of a bus ticket can already book his spot here : https://bit.ly/PC-bus-form
