Last year, we counted a 17% reduction in the CO2 emissions caused by visitor transport (despite the capacity increase). Transport by car is still the biggest contributor to these emissions on our festival. As part of our renewed commitment to minimizing our ecological footprint, Paradise City Festival is proud to offer night trains for the first time. In cooperation with NMBS/SNCB, our Citizens can travel back home by train after the music stops.
On Friday and Saturday night, two different trains will be ready at Vilvoorde station to take our Citizens to Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent. Free transport from the festival site to the train station will be provided as well. We hope this alternative can convince more visitors to take an environment-friendly way to our festival.
