Work in a passionate team that creates sustainable festivals across the continent.
Paradise City Group is a proud and independent event organisation, responsible for different festivals across the European continent. To make that happen, we rely on a team of passionate minds, caring hands, and big hearts.
Working at Paradise City Group
Whether you're a seasoned event pro, a behind-the-scenes wizard, or just wildly enthusiastic to be part of something meaningful, there's a place for you here. We believe in collaboration over hierarchy, in impact over ego, and in having fun while doing serious work. Want to join us? Step into our garden and check out where we need your help.
The people behind Paradise: a diverse and dynamic team.
Paradise City Group organises Paradise City Festival (Belgium), Paradies Garten Festival (Austria), Jazz Middelheim (Belgium), Touquet Music Beach Festival (France) and Doel Festival (Belgium). We’re a multilingual team based in Brussels, bringing together Dutch, French, and English speakers with a shared passion for music, culture, and sustainability. Our crew is as diverse as our projects (a mix of full-timers, freelancers, and interns), each bringing their own strengths to the table. We work side by side, not top-down: open, direct and constructive communication is how we move forward. Hierarchy is not our style, but collaboration is. Together, we build festivals that feel as good behind the scenes as they do in front of them.
