Playing a freeform blend of UK funky, drill, techno, jungle, club and house, south east London's OK Williams isn't afraid to keep a dancefloor on its toes. She's got a monthly show on NTS (where she also works behind the scenes), and broke out in earnest back in 2019 when she followed high-profile performances at Glastonbury and Field Maneuvers with a Boiler Room set that took her idiosyncratic sound across the globe. Spotlighting the vibrancy and diversity of Black dance music at a time when it's never been more vital, OK Williams is the progression the scene has been crying out for.
