Friday Forest Stage

Always gay as in happy, always queer as in fuck you. Melissa Juice is a Brussels-based dancefloor demon and a driving force in the city’s queer and selector scenes. Originally from Canada, she seamlessly blends meticulously crafted soundscapes with raw, high-energy rave chaos. Her sets are fluid, versatile, and utterly unapologetic—long blends, layered grooves, and a deep love for progressive, trance-infused, and acid-drenched sounds. A resident DJ and co-organizer at Missfitte, she helps cultivate care-focused, queer-forward underground events. She also co-hosts Double Double on Radio Vacarme, amplifying women and queer DJs in Canada and Belgium. Beyond the decks, Melissa is deeply invested in the political roots of rave, working with local organizations to promote harm reduction, consent, and community care. For her, the dancefloor isn’t just a party—it’s a radical act of joy and defiance.
