Italian producer Indian Wells introduced himself declinating tennis aesthetic with nocturne electronic sounds.
Coming from a small town on top of the mountains from the south of Italy – over the years his sounds have been compared to Actress, Bonobo and Four Tet; supported by the likes of The Fader, XLR8R, Boiler Room, Lauren Laverne (BBC6), 22tracks, Nic Tasker (NTS), ISO50, Thump UK, Vice, Subbacultcha among the others.
In the 4 years since the release of Night Drops on Bad Panda, Indian Wells has released a sophomore LP, Pause (which was remixed by Ital Tek, Ta-Ku, Vaghe Stelle, Pixelord and Elektro Guzzi) and remixes for Ghostly International, Anjunadeep, Terrible Records and Bastard Jazz.
His latest single, “Racquets” anticipated the new album – out next in September via Los Angeles based label “Friends of Friends”.
